रायबरेली के सरकारी स्कूल में मिड डे मील में बड़ा घपला सामने आया है। छात्रों के अभिभावकों ने इस मामले में धांधली का आरोप लगाते हुए टीचरों का घेराव किया। ग्रामीणों ने मिलावटी गुणवत्तापूर्ण भोजन नहीं मिलने का आरोप लगाया जिसके कारण बच्चों की सेहत पर विपरीत प्रभाव पड़ रहा है।
मिड-डे-मील योजना में धांधली
Raebareli: जनपद के एक सरकारी स्कूल में मिड-डे-मील योजना में धांधली का बड़ा मामला सामने आया है। अभिभावकों ने मिड-डे-मील योजना में धांधली का आरोप लगाते हुए टीचरों का घेराव किया। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकारी स्कूल के प्रधानाध्यापक की मिलीभगत से मिड-डे-मील योजना के तहत नौनिहालों को निर्धारित मेन्यू के उलट घटिया खाना परोसा जा रहा है।
मामला सलोन ब्लाक क्षेत्र स्थित बगहा कम्पोजिट विद्यालय का है। जहां पढ़ने वाले बच्चे, रसोइया से लेकर अभिभावकों ने कहा कि मिड-डे-मील योजना के तहत बच्चों को फल, दूध तो दूर दाल व सब्जी भी मानक के तहत नहीं मिल पा रही है। मिड-डे-मील योजना में धांधली से आक्रोशित अभिभावकों ने सरकारी स्कूल का घेराव कर सुधार लाने की बात कही। जिसका वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर तेजी से वायरल हो रहा है। जिसमें अभिभावकों का आक्रोश साफ-तौर पर देखा जा सकता है।
एक अभिभावक ने बताया कि यहां मिड डे मील में महीने में कभी कभी ही खाना मिलता है। पुराने सड़े गले आलू भोजन में इस्तेमाल होते हैं। उनके 2 बच्चे जूनियर स्कूल में पढ़ते हैं। जिससे बच्चों की सेहत पर विपरीत प्रभाव पड़ रहा है।
कम्पोजिट विद्यालय के बच्चों ने बताया कि मिड- डे- मिल में उन्हें सब्जी और चावल मिलता है। पानीदार सब्जी परोसी जा रही है। जोकि खाने में बिल्कुल अच्छी नहीं होती। वहीं स्कूल में फल, दूध नहीं दिया जाता। वहीं एक कम्पोजिट स्कूल में पढ़ने वाले बच्चे आशु ने कहा कि खाना तो मिलता है लेकिन खराब बनता है।
बच्चों ने बताया कि मेैडम से भी कई बार शिकायत की गई लेकिन भोजन की गुणवत्ता में कुछ सुधार नही हुआ। आरती ने बताया कि दाल में हेड प्रिंसिपल पानी ज्यादा डाल दे रही हैं। आलू की गुणवत्ता भी खराब है। फल व दूध भी नही दिया जाता।
वायरल वीडियो में भी एक महिला कह रही है कि मिड- डे- मील का पैसा सरकार भेज रही है लेकिन स्कूल वाले बच्चों की सेहत से खिलवाड़ कर रहे हैं। वे अच्छा खाना नही दे रहे। यदि उनके बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य खराब हुआ तो इसका जिम्मेदार कौन होगा।
इस मामले में जिला बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी राहुल सिंह ने कहा कि मामला और वीडियो संज्ञान में नहीं आया है। यदि कोई शिकायत या मामला सामने आता है तो जांच कराई जाएगी। यदि कोई दोषी पाया जाता है तो कार्रवाई भी होगी।
